Nebula
NEBULA (NEB-yoo-lah)
Latin, "mist, cloud."
Nebula is the fine vapour that gathers between things. The Romans used the word for the morning fog lifting off water, and for the haze of incense hanging in a temple. In both cases it is a presence you are standing inside before you can name it.
The fragrance is made to behave the same way. Lavender opens clear and luminous, then softens into a layered vanilla heart, warm and creamy rather than sweet. Beneath it, soft musks lift off the skin and hover at close range, neither projecting sharply nor clinging. This is mist with a temperature: a warm cloud, not a cold one.
You do not wear it so much as inhabit it.
