TEPOR (TAY-por)
Latin, "gentle warmth."

The Romans were careful about heat. Calor was the heat of fire and sun, frigus was cold, and tepor sat between them: the warmth of a body at rest. It named the warmth left in a room after someone has sat in it, in fabric that has been worn, in skin held against skin.

The fragrance is built to carry that kind of warmth. Caramel opens soft and glowing. Coumarin and honey form the heart, powdery and golden, with a milky smoothness that never turns heavy. Vanilla and white musk settle underneath and stay close to the skin. It does not fill a room. It is felt only when someone is near enough.
